I live in Virginia and pay income tax to Virginia. I don't want to get DC unemployment benefit information involved in 2025 tax return, not sure how to deal with it at this point.[/quote] My spouse received VA unemployment several years ago and we live in DC. We did not have to file a VA return. Just like salary, DC taxes were withheld, not VA.[/quote]
