I wouldn't have gone after the First Lady, personally. That's a bit much, given that she's always kept a low profile. Wolff is clearly trying something to get discovery on Epstein. However, the people she associates with are definitely horrific, and she had plenty of opportunity to bail; so I suppose it's taint by association, and I'm not going to worry overmuch about her wellbeing.
Except she sued him.
She threatened. This is a declaratory judgment application asking that the court tell Melania to respectfully pound sand. If granted, she's shut down. If denied, then Melania may move forward and file her suit. That would be interesting insofar as then ALL of the Epstein files in possession of Congress would be subject to subpoena. Little Mikey Johnson would have to argue the invalidity of the subpoena for each and every document. Then there's the Trump discovery, including depositions of Don, Melania and as many others as may reasonably believed to have knowledge of relevant evidence. That's a lot of people. Eventually, if you give them time, narcissists and bullies like Trump will hang themselves.
Thank you for the explanation. Will be interesting for sure.
