What do you think is going to happen when a teacher follows the policy with fidelity.  Students will fail.  More students than last year.  What do you think is going to happen then.  Admin will question teachers as to why this is.  Admin will ask teachers to give students 'grace', err on the side of the student.

And how do you know that some students don't have accommodations for extra time?  When they talk to students, they don't say to the whole class "Larla has an IEP and an extra-time accommodation, so her due date is this."  [/quote]
