We worked with the Barker Foundation (but not for foster care adoption). We found them to be incredibly helpful, organized, compassionate, professional and kind during the process. They are one of the few agencies to offer support throughout the life of the child not just right when the placement occurs. I highly recommend them.
Sounds like an ad or agency worker.
That's funny. I'm neither. Just someone who worked with Barker who was very happy with the process. Maybe the process was positive because we were so grateful. By the time you get to adoption you are just used to things not going your way. Who knows? But we continue to have a strong relationship with them years later. I have recommended them to many people and every single one has had positive things to say.
This is DEFINITELY an ad lol. This smacks of an adoption agency worker who thinks the adoptive parents and the birth mother should be so grateful to them.
They took our money, no child. Go directly to the county and foster to adopt.
