I had something similar...felt like I was on a boat 24/7 or something. It was miserable and scary. I saw pcp, ent, eye dr, had hearing tested etc. No official diagnosis other than is seemed vestibular. Next step was going to be a brain MRI. Did some PT (there are some great YouTube videos out there is you want to start there) and I also did acupuncture because I figured I had nothing to lose. Some combination of those two things helped it go away. Good luck!
Op - oh this is helpful! When I tilt my head up and then back down or look at phone in car etc I feel so nauseous. And it’s making so anxious I can’t tell what’s a symptom and what’s my anxiety any more
PP here...do you have issues with your neck? When trying to figure out what was happening to me, cervical vertigo was one of the many things suggested. My dentist had this (occupational hazard) and said PT and the chiropractor helped immensely.
