I typically work out 4-5 days/ week (pilates/ barre) and I'm worried I am going to be missing workouts and losing muscle instead of fat. Hoping it evens out and I begin to feel like myself again - any tips welcome!

Not normal at all. I’ve been on zepbpund with zero side effects at all. If you are feeling his way at lowest dose then maybe this drug is not for you. [/quote]
