The problem is a teacher’s role and a student’s role aren’t equivalent. A student is responsible for one person: themselves. They do the work for one person. When a task is assigned, they do it one time. A teacher may be responsible for 170 people. When a task is assigned, the teacher reviews 170 of them. A student may receive time during the school day to get work done (study halls, study time during class). A teacher does most work at home. [/quote]
