Some people also want a WINNING team and fewer practices and fun and family time. You either start with a winning team in that case or hope other clubs have the luck of pulling together a winning roster and make magic happen.

Thank you, Captain Obvious! I wouldn't have guessed without your thoughtful analysis.

We are not looking for a WINNING team that practices less. Volleyball is a hobby for my DD and we all know that she won't play in college. Two practices per week is good enough for this type of players to get their fun and exercise. We want a decent team that plays locally at their decent level, without wasting time and money travelling for the sake of travelling. This is the profile of most players in the area and there are no good options for them. [/quote]
