GSCNC Camp Winona meets your flush toilet requirement, but overall may be too outdoorsy for your DD. That said, the standard sessions are 6 nights, and they have shorter sessions available, so it's pretty short term. There are also day camps in MoCo, but they open registration up kind of late, so if you need to plan out a whole summer that is not ideal.
Really? I stayed there as part of a mom-daughter event and I don't recall flush toilets in the tents, only at the dining hall. OP, send your DD to one of the half-week GS camps at Winona so that she can try it out. If she loves it, she can stay longer next year. If she hates it, it was only a couple nights.
