(Unsurprising, since anyone with a good grasp of math could get a better paying job than MCPS teacher.) I would use Wyzant to find a calculus tutor in your price range. It's easy to see the ratings and backgrounds of the tutors. If one doesn't work, you can try another easily. We found a fantastic tutor who lived in Alabama, had a background in Physics and Calculus and charged an hourly fee commensurate with Alabama cost of living not DC cost of living. [/quote]
