He doesn’t even do ab workouts except for a time when he had back pain. He runs, swims and is very athletic. Both our elementary aged son and daughter have abs too so it must be genetic. While I’m thin, I don’t have an athletic physique. You’d see my ribs before my abs if I lost enough weight. [/quote]
