You don’t care if your kid enrolls in a program that will cease to exist after their freshman year?

Right now, your dc can apply to both programs. Students are evaluated for admission to every program they apply to. They can be offered admission to multiple programs. Even if they’re accepted at one program and waitlisted at the other, and accept a spot in the first program, they can still potentially get in off the waitlist to the other program. There’s no downside to applying to as many programs as you want regardless of your dc’s MAP-R.[/quote]
