Last year they decided to increase number of younger teams to build the base and because of gym space they had only up to age 15’s teams. This year they are opening another gym at the Dulles Mall and they are adding 16’s and 17’s. They are consistent of playing at CHRVA Bid regional for most ages. Yes it’s true they don’t charge anything additional for attending nationals. It’s for years known that kids started at Libero will get offer to play at any high competitive club in the area. My DD did 4 season with them and looking forward to new one. To answer your question they have had about 75-80% returning players so it is challenging to get on the team especially they don’t look to have 15 players on the roster as many clubs do, they would run season even with 9 competitive players so play time is maxed. They come to the issue when the injuries happened so that’s why ranking maybe is not as should be but they managed very well to teach players to play different positions and to be all around players. Head Coach/Club director is from Serbia and use to be coach of the youth national team, he is working positional clinics on Fridays. My DD been attending many camps and clinics at the area and colleges but you won’t find that much details in teaching as he does. Another plus is if you are business owner you can advertise at their gym/website and claim on your tax returns but you actually pay for your daughter tuition 100%. Good luck this season and hope this help many parents to find great place for kids to develop volleyball skills.
