Dr. Taylor was notified by the OIG directly of this non-compliance in December of last year. He did not make moves to fix the problem until the report's release was imminent in July of this year. You can't pin this on Brian Hull given that set of facts. Taylor knew and did not immediately sound the alarms once he knew. He owns that.[/quote]
