My previous role at another organization has still not been posted, and I think there is some chance they'd be willing to have me back. They were quite unhappy with me for leaving, but we did leave on good terms after a lengthy offboarding process that took most of the summer.

Does anyone have any advice for me on how to navigate this situation? What is the minimum amount of time I should stay in the current role? How should I approach my prior employer about whether there is any possibility of returning? Thanks so much for any insight or experience you can share.[/quote]
