HAHAHAHAAHAH yes! Let's blame it on the "drive"... [b]ANY parent and club will drive 3 or 33 hours if they can compete and win games at that level[/b]. The only people that don't want to drive and play top teams are the teams that are getting absolutely destroyed when they get there. The club is poorly run and they don't have the numbers or skilled players to play at that level...and it's OK!!![/quote]

That's nonsense. Most reasonable parents and coaches see no need to drive multiple hours for a 5th grade soccer game. "At that level?"--Pre-ecnl is not some elite group where good competition simply can't be found without driving across the state.

It does seem like the club is poorly run based on the other thread but this call they actually got right, especially if their girls teams are weak. Why drive three hours to get crushed? That would just be dumb. [/quote]
