Does leadership not understand this behavior will have consequences? Eventually the labor market will improve and more and more people will leave. These agencies will be left with the loser staff and make leadership look bad. At my agency it’s now openly acknowledged how terrible leadership is and that they dislike us. Nothing is forever and leadership seems to be incredibly short sighted. [/quote]
