Look - he was sarcastically referring to the monster who had been arrested 14 times prior to his killing this young woman and was let out on the streets every. Single. Time.  At some point we, as a society, need to stop being so concerned about the mental health of these insane criminals and worry more about their affect on public safety.  You and I both know he should have never been on the streets. Hell - his own family even knew that. But authorities were willing to risk the safety of millions of people because they apparently felt sorry for this monster. [/quote]
