The psychiatrist has been mainly focused on medication management, perhaps in part because underlying behaviors have been sufficiently challenging that therapies haven't been effective in recent years. We also have a developmental pediatrician, but I think we're already well beyond his comfort zone for treatment plans and management. Is the psychiatrist still likely the main path?[/quote]
