I do agree that talented architects are rare here. I think a builder can build almost anything, play it safe, and someone will buy it. That’s what N Arlington has become and this is probably spread south. [/quote] Have you not been to places like Cherrydale, Lyon Park, etc? It’s mostly 1910-1930’s clapboard classic homes. I’m not talking about the 1950’s post war neighborhoods. [/quote]
