That's not reasonable to expect an appointment the day before a trip.  And, if you need an injection, I don't understand because you'd need an appointment.  Same with sleep and antianxiety meds - normal is to go in every few months to assess how you are doing.  It's not healthy to be on sleep meds long-term.  Honestly, you do sound like you are abusing them.  [/quote]
