I keep seeing articles about how great creatine is for perimenopausal women - anyone love theirs and can recommend? I’ve tried several powders and the flavor was gross or grainy. Trying to stop wasting money on trying various brands, but also want something that tastes good enough that it convinces me to drink it (so not a flavorless version). Bonus points if it’s part of a pre-workout powder to knock out two things at once.
Only if you are lifting heavy weights. Help the Krebs Cycle and ATP production if you are getting adequate potassium, etc. allowing you to lift more weight. Otherwise it is wasted money.
