[/quote] PP here - Forgot to add RSUs are usually not included in the base salary estimates listed in job postings for most public company roles. So if you see a salary range of “$200-$250K, you can assume there’s (significant - like $100-200K) annual RSUs on top of that. Plus a cash bonus. [/quote]
