Another combo idea: with pork tendeloin last night I did mixed greens with sliced pears and persimmons, pomegranate seeds, toasted pecans and crumbled blue cheese. Also did a champagne vinaigrette -- delicious and colorful. BTW, I haven't visited this forum in a while and am delighted to be reminded of well everyone here plays together, as opposed to some other DCUM forums. [/quote]
