I haven't encountered add ones, ever. I usually do the $37.95 meal ($17.95 for kids) plus open bar (pay as you do, no top shelf and no martinis). There is an automatic gratuity, can't recall the percentage. On occasion, I've needed a special meal to accommodate allergies and even with no advance notice it was fine. Everything was disclosed up front and I've always been assigned to a consultant who managed my events. [/quote]
