I didn't really like the fact that we had to use the vet they have the contract with.   It was kind of far away, and we already knew which vet we wanted to use (she was our first pet, so we didn't already have a vet) which was only a mile from our house.

When I went back to pick our cat up after the surgery, it took 2 hours!!!   That was for both travel time, and they were extremely understaffed at the vet so it took a long time just to check out.[/quote]
