Amazon has literally everything you can imagine - for example my DH can't move well at night so I see there's a foam device I can use between his legs to roll him over to change his Depends when the time comes and I can't get him out of bed on my own.

Also, don't forget you can get hospice involved basically as soon as they're wheelchair/almost  bed bound.

Good luck with this brutal disease!

small alarms - they come in sets on Amazon-that you can attach to doors and shower doors etc when they start wandering off/showering at all hours.

I recommend joining Facebook and the Parkinson's caregiver groups - tons of recommendations and solutions for all the crazy issues that will arise.
