Seeding is based largely on the rankings data sources. There are 3 leading ones. I think WAGs got most of the seeding correct. This is a grace period where Coaches and Clubs can reach out and ask for adjustments to the brackets. The organizers are human, they get it mostly right, but it's hard to consistently get it right the whole time. [/quote]
