It's up to the assignor to assign it. Sometimes the Assignor will add in their emails....do not request to center if you are not at least 16 years old and have at least one year of experience. BUT there are ALWAYS exceptions. If the assignor is short referees, standards could easily be abandoned. But I would never have my brand new ref start off by doing center refereeing especially if they don't have assistant referees on the sidelines.[/quote]
