We hired an aide to supplement and a lot of people do that if the parent can afford. (I say parent because you should not take from your retirement or your kid's college fund for this, but if your parent can afford it and/or make a huge salary where the cost isn't a big deal and you want more peace of mind, it's something to consider).[/quote]
