Every coach does. The job of the player is to figure out what you need to do to fit into what your coach wants. Hopefully it’s mostly on the field stuff, but coaches also have off the field things as well. EG isn’t mean, and she knows the game - but she does have favorites, and she likes outgoing players. Over time she should learn to have ways to deal with differences in personality, but she’s a young coach.[/quote]
