I would have had DS stay forever but DS wasn’t happy because he lived and breathed soccer and wanted his teammates to show up no matter what and he really wanted to win. Then he moved to a large club that is a bit of a drive outside DC and played on a “winning” team. The coaches there were also kind. When DS made a mistake that cost his team the win and was upset, his coach consoled him. He never lectured the kids when they didn’t win. He motivated them to play their best. He allowed the kids to take risks in games. It was an excellent environment and I wish he was still there. [/quote]
