There's something called OVERHEAD. Gov prop taxes, fees, licenses, and all that other crap people here vote for. 
Also, electric, water, gas, wifi, etc. utilities. 
Also employees and &quot;living wages&quot; &lt; that everyone wants and votes for now.
Also upkeep and maintenance and cleaning. 
Etc. etc.

Of course it's cheaper online or in a box corporate store, rather than a mom and pop place or small pharmacy. Sometimes it's not though and you find deals at them that beat online or boxos. [/quote]
