Hello ladies - I can't believe I am back to the TTC boards! I had a DD in March - but my fertility is really bad. I was given like a 3% chance of IUI's working and no chance at IVF (extremely high FSH), but miraculously our IUI worked. I'm 35. They told me in order to have a second I should start again 6 months post partum. Well, some things came up and I didn't wean until 8 months or so. I did wean over two months though - so for a long period of time I was down to 2 feeds a day - then one feed a day - then I fully weaned four weeks ago. My body shows no signs of going anywhere fast. I started taking my temperature two weeks ago and it's still super low. I am wondering when I need to start to be concerned that my cycle hasn't reappeared. I know four weeks isn't long - but built into that is two months where I was definitely NOT exclusively breastfeeding and at least four weeks of only 1-2 feeds a day. Any one BTDT? What do they do to get a cycle going? I saw my RE back in October and he told me my cycle would be back pretty quickly after weaning (OB said the same thing). Any advice would be very appreciated.
