In the private (or even nonprofit) sector, there is generally some accountability. If you say you are going to start an initiative to show the number of students per classroom in real time, you either do the thing you said you would do, or you sunset the program with an explanation of why.

But, if that culture ever existed, it evaporated under McKnight. So we're left with all of this damage, including half-started promises, which has damaged parent trust in the system and led to all of these links to nowhere. [/quote]
