I've done this for 15 years and it is harder now than ever to get support from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. [/quote] It is a Kohls issue but the only thing a customer can do is report it missing. They cannot file a claim. If its gone missing after a certain time, a good business will refund or resend the product. Ultimately its on that business to make it right. Good customer service is important or you lose customers. [/quote]
