It would also be good to know whether the kindergarteners will be going for a full day or a half day (our principal alluded in the spring to that being TBD), etc. Also I am just surprised there is not more communication on this from MCPS in general. I feel like most elementary school parents (especially new K parents) have no idea which kids are starting school which day, and it's late in the game to not be communicating about that. If they're just waiting for principals to send their own emails to parents in mid-August that's nuts...[/quote]
