It's not Downton Abbey. So the words used to describe such meals and the rules about them fell out of fashion. Going to those fancy restaurants where you're supposed to order a pasta and then a meat dish, it's just too much food. Maybe the portions are way up (probably this is true) but it's just not how people rat anymore.[/quote]
