DACA citizens are legal citizens who can live and work in the US.  There are about 500,000 of them and they need to renew their status every two years and pay a fee. They are easy pickings because the government has all of their information including where they live, work, children and spouses.   I have family members in the DACA program and as a result I’ve met many of their family members and friends.   They are good people who were brought here as children and don’t know any other country.

Is the government talking about ending their status and sending them to the Alligator place?   Has anyone read anything about some politician proposing changes?

Small quibble, they are not citizens. 
But yeah, this is also like the people who now have to either comply with requirements for immigration related appointments to keep their status legal but could end up getting snatched when they do, or getting snatched because they didn't and are out of compliance. Plus the IRS is giving DHS all their data.

I believe some of them are children of immigrants who BECAME citizens and didn't realize their kids also needed to be naturalized. [/quote]
