Hamas is recognized as a terrorist organization and IDF is not. IDF does the same thing: https://news.un.org/en/story/2025/03/1161081 It’s all disgustingly inhuman. Aidf should be named a terrorist organization and US should stop funding Israel. We, Americans, should not pick and chose which organization we vilify for sexual violence.
The U.N. report describes nothing like Hamas' atrocities; there's no comparison. Any abuse of civilians is regrettable, but considering Hamas' extensive vile conduct and initiation of the conflict, the U.N. allegations are relatively trivial (people had to sit on the ground in their underwear, really?), not to mention the well-known biased character of much U.N. reporting to begin with. Hamas, and those who raised, indoctrinated, sheltered, and encouraged them, deserve no mercy. And, have been receiving just what they deserve.
Extrajudiciously murdering innocent non-combatants and using rusty metal bars to sodomize and kill detainees is not just as bad? Meanwhile, bear in mind what the IDF is fully documented as having done prior to and since Israel declared statehood. NOTHING goes beyond that.
