They cannot participate in the sport or activity until they’ve demonstrated that they’ve met the eligibility requirements. If you’re attending School A and on the debate team, you cannot register for, start attending and join the debate team at School B in one fell swoop. You have to go through the eligibility process before you can be on the debate team at school B. [/quote]
