[/quote] I'm the OP, I can see the order, and the only option for this fraudulent Amazon Fresh transaction is a "call me" button (which I did, which resulted in a fruitless conversation with the the people who are either the most incompetent customer service representatives ever or some elaborate phish). Chat would work for the regular Amazon stuff I buy, but is not an option for this fraudulent order.[/quote]
