My old boss used to always say Remember the 70s!. Stocks were flat the whole decade. Good luck being a stock broker or selling options on something that stays flat in price. Both puts and calls lost money and stocks no gains and with interest rates shooting up the dividends were less than plain old treasury bonds. [/quote]
