I see online that staying with certain federal health plans and signing up for Part B immediately can qualify him for a subsidy toward Part B. He doesn't want to sign up for Part B. He has United Health Care and apparently they have an option that combines everything and he will have very little out of pocket costs like copays, etc. That's primarily what I'm trying to do -- minimize cost.
