High school is really when injuries pick up. Sure, they can happen before, but in HS, I would count on 10-15% of the roster being injured at any time. So an 18 girl roster becomes 16, then you have the normal illness issues, etc. I still think 18 is about ideal, though, but I like short benches. [/quote]
