[/quote] Hampton Bays is where Long Island Railroad stop is where people take train to and from Hamptons. “Montauk Highway” is just a two way street through town and pretty sure 30 mph speed limit tops 40 mph. So people get off train with suitcase a lot there. It is also Hampton Jitney Bus stop a lot of people take. There’s a supermarket, 7/11, Starbucks and stores and bars. There’s driver had just left a bar when hit her. Story is dicey. She never called cops. Women was alive on side of road she who knows might have lived if she called cops even if just when she got home. [/quote]
