HS level play also down other than Landon[/quote] Yes - DCE is down, but ML is still top 20 despite their daddy coach and is stacked with talent. Another thing to keep in mind is that nationally the 2026 class is pretty weak. As a result, colleges were hot to get the relatively few good kids quickly, so lots of early offers flowed last September. The 2027 class is stacked nationally across all positions. With that depth, colleges can be a little more patient with the 27s, so I wouldn't expect as many early commitments nationally or locally. This time next year, my guess is the local 27s will have more commits (at better programs) than the 26s.[/quote]
