But it was also so, so worth it. I had done all the diastasis exercises and my abs weren't really that bad (though I had a tiny hernia). It was the loose skin that made me look fat. The surgeon removed a truly disturbing amount. OP I didn't want the surgery at first, but I'm so glad I did it.[/quote]
