Not a lot of time, but clearly you'll feel better if you can look stunning for the wedding - 1. You can de-bloat by limiting salt and sugar from now until the wedding. Eat plenty of rainbow veggies and fruit, cut alcohol and stick to water, get as much sleep as possible, your skin will thank you. If you're anxious, try magnesium glycinate every evening. 2. Face: try some face peels (I like the classic Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta ones) well before the wedding to check they don't make your face red. If you're considering Botox, go to a reputable derm and do it in advance, so your face isn't paralyzed on the day - too little is better than too much. There are plumping gels with hyaluronic acid you can use the day of, under your make-up, to look more fresh, as well as certain eye creams that smooth out fine lines. I would steer clear of fillers, personally, that never ends well. 3. Make-up: go to a fancy make-up counter (I swear by Dior and its Backstage line, it holds up very well yet the foundation looks invisible, they have lipstick that goes the distance, etc) to get your specific tone of make-up and a tutorial on how to apply it. If your skin tone is usually pale and wan, a very useful lesson is the blush: most people don't blend it correctly. There are lip plumpers out there: never used them, but they might make a difference. 4. Dress: have you picked already? Choose something that flatters your figure and hides perceived flaws. Get the right bra, shapewear, whatever you need to make the dress fit nicely. 5. Hands and feet and any other exposed area: scrub, moisturize regularly before the wedding. 6. Hair: You don't need a new haircut, but you need to land on a hairstyle that works for the whole day, and a way to set it, or refresh it easily. If you color your hair, make sure to color again so the roots don't show on the day.
