Running a Visa card and processing 2000 pages of medical records to make a disability determination using thousands of pages of laws, regs, and sub regulatory guidance— exactly the same thing.

He can get our wait time down to 3 minutes— wait— LESS in less than three months.  Because he ran a call center once. Because a call center and a helping a Boomer with screwed up benefits and a highly technical Robles — exactly the same thing.

We are going to become a technology first agency! Run by app!

And, we are going to make SSA Fun again (TM— him).
